Zero Carb Pizza

Have you been craving pizza, but you can’t do all the carbs and calories. If so this recipe is for you!

1lb ground chicken

1 egg

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Mix all together until egg is mixed in well.

Flatten out thin on a greased pizza pan. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

While chicken crust is cooking dice 1 yellow or red onion, one green pepper, and fresh mushrooms . Open and drain one can sliced olives.

Cook 1lb Italian sausage

When crust is ready, pull from oven and add 1 to 1 1/2 cups Roa’s Spaghetti Sauce. Top lightly with mozzarella cheese. Add cooked sausage, and cover top with sliced pepperoni. Next add diced veggies and sliced olives. Top again lightly with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes you will know it’s ready when cheese is melted. Let sit for two minutes, cut into slices and enjoy.
